How do I start working with you?

You can send a download-link, instructions and references for retouching on this email: [email protected] or simply use our order form. You can send photos in a preferable way, such as Google Disk, WeTransfer, Dropbox etc. After receiving the photos and payment, we will start working on your project.

Do you offer free tests for new clients?

Absolutely! We believe in building trust, so we always recommend a free test for new clients.

What's your pricing model?

Pricing depends on the details like photo complexity, number of objects, and turnaround time. You can find out the exact cost of retouching by sending us photos in a convenient way.

What's your typical delivery time?

We set deadlines for each project individually, ensuring a quick turnaround without compromising quality. Typically, our delivery time ranges from 1-3 days, depending on the project size.

Do you offer free revisions?

Yes, we offer as many revisions as needed for you to be completely satisfied with a final result.

What are the available payment methods?

For your convenience, we use PayPall for payment processing. Once your retouched images are approved, you'll receive an invoice

How long do you have my photos stored?

We store your photos on GoogleDisk for 60 days.
